Donavan’s passion for fitness and health led him into personal training 4 years ago.
His evidence-based training approach has benefited many clients, yielding measurable results through consistent training. Donavan holds a diploma in nutrition, health & wellness, allowing him to communicate the importance of a balanced lifestyle to his clients.
He is also able to evaluate and formulate training regimens based on each client’s needs to maximise results and training efficacy. As a former varsity track and field champion, Donavan instills and inspires athletic discipline in his clients to help them achieve their goals.
