Mitchell

With over 15 years of PT experience, SEA games and former professional basketball athlete, Mitchell has worked with clients from all walks of life; his clients range from 7 to 75 years old. Mitchell’s progressive and time-efficient approach to fitness has enabled his clients to incorporate exercise seamlessly into their lifestyle.

 

Mitchell has also trained professional and national level athletes across various sports. Through tailored regimes, he has helped active and recovering athletes of all ages target specific muscle groups and improve their sporting performance. Among them include athletic youths in preparation for DSA applications.

 

Additionally, he also works closely with a clinical psychologist to create target youth programmes enhancing physical health and confidence, mental wellness, cognitive skills, and more.
